The house is very well stocked. We had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the deer, fox and marmots. The house met all our needs. Would stay there again, if we find ourselves back that way. Oh, and the steam shower was amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is conveniently located close to Granby Ranch for skiing and to the grocery store. The home has many amenities including a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment. The large windows in the living area and windows throughout the home gave way to beautiful outdoor views especially when it snows. It includes an outdoor area where our children had a lot of fun playing in the snow.

This was the most beautiful home. It was easy to get to, immaculately clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need, roomy, and had plenty of parking spaces. But the best part was the communication with Colleen and her husband. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time in a wonderful house. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The young adults went skiing and the older adults went snowshoeing. We put together puzzles, cooked dinner two nights, went to the Granby Garage one night, played games at the dining room table after dinner, the young adults played ping pong and socialized in the game room late night, we watched the Broncos on the big screen in the living room. We scheduled a last minute get away to the Granby area and found this gem. The house is private, quiet, comfortable, clean and stocked with almost everything you would want or need. The kitchen is amazing! All of the appliances (including the outdoor grill) are top quality. Not only are there plenty of utensils, pots, pans, bakeware and glassware - it also includes an entire spice cabinet, plenty of staples like oil, sugar & coffee filters and other essentials like paper towels, tupperware and ziplock storage bags. I loved cooking in this kitchen! In the living room we found plenty of games to play. The bathrooms included plenty of towels and a surprising supply of soaps and shampoos. We loved and appreciated having access to the garage too! Colleen was very responsive to our communications and so easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Loved the lodge and its spacious living areas, dining areas, and bedrooms. The views were awesome, and the kids loved all the snow around the house. It was so easy to jump in the car and get to the Granby Ski Resort, too. We will definitely look for this house again when returning to this area of Colorado!

We were blessed with lots of fresh snow this year. The kids had a great time with sledding, building an igloo and tunnel and riding the Kitty Cat. The house is big enough for all of us and 3 bathrooms work out great.

This property had everything we needed and more! We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen was fully supplied. The rooms were clean and comfortable which made for a relaxing stay. The owners were amazing. I have been renting through VRBO for years and have never had an owner contact me directly prior to our stay to describe the layout, let me know what all was in the kitchen that I might need, and ask if I had any questions about the property. She even texted me to wish us a Happy Thanksgiving. I would definitely rent anything from these amazing people. Thanks for a great family adventure for our holiday celebration.

Even before our stay Colleen was so helpful and responsive. There was a group of 10 of us to celebrate October birthdays for a weekend. The home was so comfortable and very well stocked. We cooked all of our meals in the gorgeous well equipped kitchen and on the BBQ grill on the deck. Everything was there that we needed including a heater for the cool nights outside on the balcony looking at the stars. I loved that there were extra throw blankets around the house to snuggle up with an relax in the afternoons. I could have slept on the recliner all night, but I couldn't resist the crisp sheets, warm blankets and comfortable mattresses. There is nothing better than waking up well rested with mountain views and a fresh pot of coffee brewing! We will definitely try to return again next year!

Excellent property for a weekend getaway. Great living spaces, porch with views of the mountains, and sleeping arrangements. The host is very responsive and pleasant. Very clean. This is a very warm and inviting home to spend a wonderful mountain week. We booked the home because of the beautiful kitchen and the excellent location. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was with games, ping-pong, and an outside grill with a deck. It felt like a home away from home.
