"The noise was ridiculous throughout the night. Loud bangs from what sounded like bin being filled with glass both out in the alleyway and in the corridor. Booked a superior room and found out I was stuck in an annex in a 'Premier Inn' part of the building. The restaurant 'Toddy's' was disgusting. Ordered the lamb and it was inedible due the fat and gristle. Breakfast was really good however in the gallery. The say Breakfast is the same in both sections but I spotted a few extra fruits the next morning in the Gallery part than in "

"Breakfast you had to pay for but it was decent. Had some issues with water temperature in shower but staff were quick to fix it. Staff, from valet, to check in, to restaurant staff were all super amazing and helpful. "

"Wonderfully located, with a Tesco right next door and two train stations, bus stops, meeting points, and the Temple Bar area all within a 10-minute walk. "Overall this was a nice place to stay. We arrived at 10 am and our room was available for early check in which was nice to shower after our red eye. However the tub was super slippery and my husband fell trying to get out. They apologized and got us ice and a rubber mat but he's bruised and in pain for the rest of the trip. Otherwise, they left us dessert for my birthday and the location was walking distance to so many things. It was a little difficult to get taxi pickup. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet but warm-AC didn't work at what it was set to. "

"I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and smell amazing. There are elevators so, no need to drag luggage up stairs. They hotel will hold your bags if you arrive early and want to explore the city or grab food before you are ready to check in. Super simple process to check in. The beds are okay, not too bad. The pillows are amazing. You can warm or cool your own room with a thermostat on the wall. The showered are nice and hot with a waterfall shower head. The only downside is there isnt a mini fridge or microwave. Not a deal breaking but, i would loved to keep drinks cold over night or warm up left overs I brought back to the room. There is a blowdryer in the room so no need to bring your own. There is also a safe in the room to lock up anything important you dont want to take with you. All in all, this hotel was great! I would definitely recommend it or possibly stay again in the future. ❤️🇮🇪"
