"Beautiful hotel on great location."

"The hotel is within walking distance of much of downtown Dublin. Trinity College is a few blocks away, as is the Temple Bar district. Guiness and The Liberties are less than a mile away. The hotel is unique (look for the portraits). Do get the breakfast, it's excellent and will fuel you for a day of walking and sightseeing. The hotel and rooms are very clean (although the rooms, like many in Europe, are fairly tight) and the staff was most helpful. Would book again next time we're in Dublin."

"Small, lovely, central, friendly, & we got a great last-minute deal."

"Clean, comfortable and great location."

"When I first walked in my room I was very surprised by the excellent rating on here for the hotel - the room was very old, furniture worn out, and rug darkened and bumpy. The mattress was also more of a cot thickness with flat pillows and not comfortable. However, the view of the cathedral from my room was spectacular which is why I opted not to change rooms - that and they told me every room had the same mattresses. "Clean beautiful property in the middle of dublin … staff was attentive and very helpful… dinner was great at the restaurant"

"We arrived in Dublin for our honeymoon, Arthaus provided an early check in, and a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room! Parking garage is right next door, I did know not know they would validate (50% off parking) so I prepaid it. At the front desk they offered breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was great, there was a good menu. Both men working at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! We would definitely return."

"Check in was easy. We were early so our room was not ready but it was easy to check our bags. Good location, close to Grafton Street, St. Stephen’s Green, Temple Bar, and Trinity College. Rooms were clean and modern. We also enjoyed the fact that you could get a quick beverage or snack in the lobby. All in all very good, would definitely stay here again."
