"We had a text a couple of days before and were able to ask a couple of questions. We were welcomed by Vernon on arrival and shown around the hotel. "The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"Before arriving and after reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned but don’t believe all the bad reviews. Fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, very accommodating. Especially the two men in the restaurant. The food was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. We opted for a double deluxe with balcony sea view. When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
