"Had a fantastic stay, last night! The property is huge and beautiful, and our room was incredibly spacious and spotless. To top it off, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of great options. Absolutely no complaints here—highly recommend!"

"AC was strong, fridge cold, there's a microwave near the vending machines, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy, and I subtracted a point for cleanliness because, while I don't think the shower was first, it has some stains and looks a bit rundown but the shower pressure was good, temp great."

"Stayed for 3 nights. 1st night couldn't get good sleep, A/C unit in the wall unit had a fan that was noisy so couldn't use the A/C, since it was cool enough outside temp decided to keep balcony door open on 2nd floor. But facing street it was too noisy. With help from on site Manager Erika, she went extra mile to get us in another room 2 nights facing marina and A/C that was working. She checked to insure it was normal noisy window unit a/c. Overall property is clean, rooms were cleaned nicely, beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Disliked parking fees that provided no security, but it is norm in the area. Breakfast was better than average. Fresh ground coffee bean machine did decent job but coffee beans were commercial grade. For price point it is good place."

"Reviews seem to depend on which room you stayed in. We rented the double Queen with kitchen. The room was clean and suited our needs. Things to note: 1) Walls are incredibly thin (pray for quiet neighbors). 2) You can hear cars racing by and we were mid-way back on the property. 3) Hotel has people living there. Like permanently. This creates an interesting atmosphere. Both our neighbors had big dogs, which you could definitely hear. 4) Parking is very tight. 5) Room was non smoking, but residence stood in our car park and smoked. There was a half inch gap under our door. You do the math. 6) There is no phone in the room. When we tried to call for our room to be serviced, I had to look up the number and call from my cell. He didn't pick up and there was no way to leave a message. I ended up using the app to message. All in all, for less than $100 a night, we enjoyed our stay. PS - there is no hot tub in this room. Shower was pretty good though."
