"Enjoyed our 1 night stay here (non golfers but didn’t feel we missed out). Facilities/amenities at the hotel are great - it is huge! Room was of a high quality. Staff were very good and especially friendly. All at a very competitive price. The only slight thing (and didn’t effect our stay) was there are areas which could do with a little tlc as they are starting to look a little tired (one example is the balcony area of our room). "

"We as a family stay in holiday homes very frequently and this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. The house is very comfortable, beautifully kept and furnished, and is a lovely airy space. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed a very comfortable week. Lewes is a delightful town with lots of beautiful architecture and historical interest, and the house is brilliantly located for the train station and town centre which are both only ten to fifteen minutes walk away. We took the train to Brighton a couple of days which was brilliantly convenient. Access to the house is very tight due to the narrow road out front, but we parked our car just down the same road less than a minute’s walk away and kept it there all week. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely come back!"

"Probably the best accommodation I’ve stayed in. The house is decorated so lovely, it feels homely and it is so well stocked with essentials that you need for your stay, no running to the supermarket for spare bin bags or toilet roll. Highly recommend and Alex was very communicative and accommodating. "

"A pleasant country cottage situated in lovely grounds with plenty of walking on the doorstep. Very nice, helpful owners and a welcome package included. The only downside was the bathroom which was only provided with a bath and a handshower - not really adequate for elderly people. It was a good area to reach many interesting historic houses and gardens. Altogether, a pleasant stay."

"Robin’s Nest, furnished comprehensively, is the most comforting “therapeutic” cottage I have ever holidayed in which suited my particular circumstances perfectly.Set in the gorgeous Sussex countryside in wonderful picturesque surrounds but yet in close proximity to local places of interest. It was overseen by the delightful, helpful, willing and affable owners Robin and Christine for whom nothing was ever too much trouble. Perfect."
