"Modern hotel on the outskirts of Cardiff next to a lake and a retail park. Rooms were basic but clean and the staff were polite and helpful. Good pub quality food and fair selection of drinks. Free parking for guests. Very good value for money and for what we required, a cheap overnight stopover, it was ideal."

"The staff are friendly and nothing was too much trouble. From check in to check out we couldn't fault a thing. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, a huge shout out to the chefs! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent position. Parking is an issue but there are council carparks nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay again."

"Lovely staff, sits in a quiet area of the city so very little outside noise, it's not far away from the M4 so it makes an ideal base camp if you're exploring areas outside of Swansea."

"Great location, price and staff. Parking too. We had a room for 3 adults but only had two towels and there was no hot water from the shower. The kettle also didn’t look the cleanest and had limescale. It’s perfect if you want cheap and cheerful for a night out but if you want comfort or are taking older family and friends it misses those final touches"
