"Excellent manager…he upgraded us for free when we expressed that we weren’t happy with our room..he was so accommodating…the staff are excellent there! Free wine tastings in the afternoons! Pool and hot tub were amazing…the bare and outdoor seating are connected so it is very relaxing you can stroll in and out ..open concept…Adirondack chairs with fireside seating all day… Free s’mores every night ! Awesome stay!"

"The Lodge at Lake Tahoe is an easy walk to a variety of good dining and shopping options, including Target and the the numerous shops and restaurants of Heavenly Village. It's also walking distance to the hideous casinos of Stateline, Nevada, if you're into those places. While the hotel is nice, it's on a very busy street (Pioneer Trail), and the traffic noise kept us awake at night due to our room being the closest to the street. In the future, I would request a room further from the street."

"Our small family stayed here for a birthday trip to South Lake Tahoe. The hotel was clean and well kept. Staff were all really friendly. The Land Shark Bar and Grill was great for happy hour! The had live music in the lobby around check in which we got to enjoy. The indoor pool was great since there were thunderstorms while we were there. The hotel is within walking distance to great food, shops and the casinos. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Extra plus being JB fans! "
