"The local church is lovely and worth a visit. Good walks on Offa's Dyke's path. The property would suit a book fanatic as the place is full of expensive first edition copies and cobwebs! Barking dogs at night from a nearby property kept us awake. Otherwise ok. "

"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

"Really surprised with it’s location the Abbey itself is stunning and we loved the bells peeling, the rooms were a brilliant base to start a visit to the area, the reception staff gave a warm welcome and could not have done more, yes there are no facilities like a bar restaurant but a kitchenette with fridge toaster etc table and chairs so we picked up some bits so no problem to us. We will be there again."
