"A warm welcome when we arrived late in the evening after a long day of travel. The room was well appointed and beds were very comfortable. Area around the hotel felt safe and easy to navigate. Breakfast was phenomenal!"

"Hotel Stepanie's main reception and dining areas boast an old world charm (being the oldest hotel in Vienna). The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a classic double room which was very comfortable and had all the amenities a room should have, such as the all important tea making facility. The buffet breakfast had an impressive range of food to cater for all tastes (hot and cold). The restaurant serves excellent food in the price range you would expect. You are only a five minute walk to the nearest metro station or you can jump on a tram with a stop 50 meters from the hotel. The canal is a 5 minute walk."

"No air conditioning. Staff told us to open windows but there were bugs flying in from outside. We end up having hard time sleeping. Bed wasn’t comfortable either."
