A true boutique hotel. Everyone was so friendly. I stayed for a week and felt at home. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great with à la carte options include. The goulash and eggs are perfect after a night out. In a very convenient part of the old town close to the sights, restaurants and subway. If you are inspired by the music in Vienna there is a piano for your enjoyment as well.

Enchanting experience, a must on your bucket list. The staff are so professional and friendly you feel part of the family. This hotel is in a great location for easy walking access to all the sites you will want to see in Vienna. It has a great little breakfast service with lovely staff and very nice coffee. We would definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Simply outstanding service at a very nice hotel

A fantastic hotel with outstanding service and convenient access to many of Vienna's sites. The breakfast was outstanding with some of the best omelettes I have had. But the best was their response to a mistake on my part in leaving an item behind when we left. I notified the hotel and they arranged to ship it to me at a future hotel stay where I was able to conveniently retrieve it. A great stay and even better service on their end.
