Bathrooms was smelling so bad i let reception know about it they said we're too busy no time doing proper cleaning 3. They didn't do change bed sheets and we they didn't cleaning our rooms they just got us...

"The room provided to my family was not the room I booked and paid for. I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. When my sister raised the issue at reception, she was incorrectly told that this was the room booked. This amounts to a misrepresentation of the accommodation offered and paid for."

"This place is by a night club and is so noisy at night. We were not able to sleep. Also, the apartment was not clean. There was a big like wine spot on the rug in the living room, and so many burn marks on the sofa and coffee table. We reserved a non smoking room, and we found at least 3 unused cigars in the room. Also, the bathroom/ shower was not clean enough and there was a lot of hair and other items! There."
