I had a great stay at this motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, and the location is convenient, with everything nearby. One of the best motels in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

The check in was easy, and the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, recommended us to take a drive to Sauble beach to see the sunset, so beautiful The room was cleaned, simple amenities but expected since it’s only a motel and we parked our car right in front of our room Air conditioner was working well as we only wanted some cool air circulation a bit, just the washroom door was not functioning properly since we had a bit hard time to open it after locking… we did not have chance to mention to the lady at the check in/out since we left early the morning before she arrived, we only dropped off the room key outside the box

To be honest, from the outside this motel looked not well taken care of BUT we were very pleasantly surprised by how clean, comfortable and updated the rooms were. We were very impressed. A great play to stay if you’re looking for something affordable ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Shenstone. It was cute and clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioner worked great and we couldn’t hear any noise from other guests. The staff was super helpful and check in was smooth, and we were even given an upgrade. We had food delivered with no cutlery and staff helped out and found us some disposable forks, which saved us. We highly recommend this motel for an affordable stay while in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! Jigneshbhai and his wife were incredibly kind and gave us a very warm welcome, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, helpful, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I truly appreciate their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

My experience with the woman in the office was really good. She was very friendly and understanding. I didnt realize that I had accidentally taken the wrong room until the morning when I went to return the key. I was booked in room 12 but mistakenly took room 14. It was late, and room 14 wasn't looked so it opened for me when I turned the key, otherwise I would have realized my mistake. My apologies to the guest who was booked for room 14 and believed they had double booked the room. Otherwise the room was clean and quiet. The sheets/towels were fresh and clean. And the bed was comfortable.

We stayed here in summer of 2026. The staff/ front desk were very helpful. The room was preped as expected and as mentioned. Only suggestion is you should have milk powder or milk in your coffee area instead of at the front desk. Good property outside city hustle but not too far from prime eateries ans Saguna beach.

This is a straight up no frills motel. It was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. It did not however have any Kleenex, and the hospitality basket had exactly 1 serving of coffee, no additives and no tea. Clean and tidy? Yes. Quiet? Yes. Comfortable? Mostly. Friendly? Not particularly. Would I stay again? Maybe if other options weren’t available to try.

We had a wonderful experience at the Shenstone Motor Inn. The rooms were exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, hassle-free stay. I will definitely be back!

The hotel link said there was a playground for kids. This playground is at a park down the road, and not at the motel. There were only 2 pillows on each bed and there were 4 of us. Pros: The place was easy to locate with lots of parking spaces. The staff were nice, helpful, and informative. The room was spacious for a family of 5. There was also a huge space for your family to enjoy. Cons: The internet connection was very poor in the area. I think it was not just in the motel, but also the nearby places.

Room was very clean. It was quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and inviting. Room was a bit cold and there was no available heat, only air conditioning, but blankets were satisfactory over night.
