Spread out and enjoy the largest open floor plan in the area with the only private beach with your private dock and huge deck withe gas fire pit to enjoy the stars. The dock includes a Catamaran Suspension Net to layout or lay back and watch the starry night sky!! The dock also features a fun rope swing that you can splash into the ocean. You can also ask and we can have the 15ft water trampoline placed in the water off of your beach. The dock has seating to enjoy the never-ending ocean and relax to the sounds of its peaceful waves.

Bedroom Lay Out
You have three bedrooms, and a loft with two trundle beds. There are two master suites. One upstairs and one downstairs. Along with a guest bedroom. There are three bathrooms.

The master suite downstairs with Master Bathroom and small living room with a 55 inch TV is connected via outside stairs. Upstairs loft also contains two trundle beds. That sleeps four single beds for four adults or kids.

There’s also a pull out queen couch available downstairs master suite.
