"I had bugs in my room. Took pictures of the bugs, the bites and redness caused by the bugs. Front desk staff didn’t believe me and said since I prepaid they could not discount my stay. That a manager will reach out to me. I also told them during my stay housekeeping never came to my room. "

"At check-in, I was given the wrong room type so I had to get that corrected with no apology from the staff. I was not greeted as a Hilton Honors member. I was thankfully granted a late check-out. My room was outdated in comparison to other Hampton Inn hotels I stay at. The surrounding area is not great. My only dinner options in the area were Cracker Barrel and Wendy's. "

"Everything was great except even if you request a non smoking room/floor it still smells of smoke. I understand it’s a casino hotel so I did overlook this for the most part. "

"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with. During this time she became frustrated and argumentative because she didn’t know what she was doing! Housekeeping sucked had to call multiple times for them to bring up new towels and collect garbage. The breakfast was good I loved how they had different breakfast options every day! They also said that the pool was heated it was heated any dad that we stayed it was very cold! Overall I would rate my stay a 6/10 "
