"The Dean was one of my favorite hotels on my trip. The bed was so comfortable. The decor was very modern and everything was very clean. The cocktails at the rooftop restaurant were so delicious as was the charcuterie board. My husband and I also had breakfast the next morning at the rooftop restaurant. Unfortunately the breakfast is very overpriced and my eggs Benedict was served cold. Other than this the hotel itself is absolutely stunning, a perfect location, and the staff is very attentive...

"I have been to Ireland & Galway (from the US) five times and have stayed here every time - wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Galway. The proprietors are exceptionally nice and accommodating. Convenient parking available in the front and back. Easy and safe walk to Galway City Centre, Eyre Square, etc. The rooms are exceptionally clean. I was in the same room twice and it had been superbly updated since my last stay. I look forward to returning!!"
"Enjoyed a two night stay. There was a mixup on our second day and our room was not serviced. Staff were quick to bring towels and coffee but it was disappointing to come home to an unmade bed and wet towels that had to lie on the floor for two days as staff did not take them away. Other than that, breakfast was lovely and our evening meal in the dining room our first night was convenient. "
