It's an "Up and coming property" needs work but it's convenient to Camp Perry and much more reasonable price-wise than the rooms in Port Clinton that fleece you.

I rented a King bed room, it was not carpeted(ideal for me). It was very spacious but lacked an area to sit other than an office chair at desk. This room had plenty of space to accommodate 2 chairs for relaxing and TV viewing at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful with Free Wi-Fi and streaming services on TV. I will stay again in October.

The facility was clean, well maintained, quiet and easy to find. Staff was accommodating and available. The biggest drawback/disappointment was "breakfast." There was a "self-service" dry cereal, coffee, tea and fruit (I think) area., nothing hot but the coffee and tea. If a hot meal is not important to you in the morning I would definitely recommend this place for your travels.

Staff was friendly and helpful but... the room was poorly cleaned. Hair in the tub and on the sink and counter in bathroom... dead bugs(some kind of beetle) on the floor like wwom wasn't swept thoroughly...exercise room was a joke. some medicine balls, treadmill and exercise bike squeezed into an area the size of a walking closet. Hot out of order .. pool look3d clean but used towels were on the ground and this was in the 10 11 am....my biggest disappointment was they advertised breakfast and not one time in my three days did I see anything not even coffee.....and then was charging $3 for a regular can of pop is diabolical.

The staff was friendly enough, but the facility was in poor condition. The rooms had cold air, good beds, and a fridge, but we found that our room had not been swept or properly cleaned upon arrival, the TV would cut out as it was wifi only, our door latch had been broken into before, the shower would alternate too cold or searing hot, and the coffee maker was broken. There was trash piled up around the outdoor trashcans, and I'm not sure if they were guests or not, but there was a group grilling in the woods right next to the parking lot daily, set up with hammocks and tents.... The "hot tub" was broken/drained with 4x traffic cones set up around it, no additional towels in the swimming area, and the exercise room had 2 ellipticals, a treadmill, a flat exercise ball, 4 medicine balls, and a single 40lbs free weight....

On the website, they offered a free breakfast and a pool neither were available. No free breakfast and no swimming pool was very disappointed. The rooms were OK. They were clean. The TVs in the rooms were only a 32 inch most TVs in motels now are 48 or bigger. I don’t think they had cable. They were still remodeling some of the motel rooms. It was OK just to be there to sleep because we got in late Friday and we were gone all day Saturday so we were only sleeping there, but it would’ve been nice for the free breakfast and the pool to be available.

The hotel is just off I-90 and isn't anything around it. They are in the midst of renovating so the breakfast room is tiny cubby hole with no where to sit down. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
