"Every single staff member that we spoke to was extremely nice and polite. Every part of the hotel was always clean, someone was mopping/cleaning the bathrooms in the lobby almost every time we were leaving or coming back in. The valet guys were great. They were polite, every time we left that told us to have safe travels. Anytime we came downstairs and asked for the car they were very quick to go get it.
