We stayed at this property following a concert at The Factory. It was a very convenient location for us as we did not want to drive far after a late show. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We have a restful night and would stay again in the future.

The room was clean and large. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful, but I didn’t think the food was wonderful. The starbucks drink I had from the lobby was the best I’ve ever had.

We moved here after staying at a very concerning hotel for two nights, and we were with a large group of soccer families. It was wonderful that the staff were able to accomodate all of us.....I think 10 or so rooms within a few hours. Kim and her staff were very courteous, helpful and kind to all of us. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and I especially enjoyed the ease of the parking so close to the entrance. The front desk staff helped me and others with finding a safe and suitable laundromat when we found out we were staying an extra two days, due to our winning record! Our team and families were welcome to use the lobby for our team lunches/dinners, and the staff were helpful when we were cleaning up our mess. The temperatures in the guest rooms were great, and the beds were so very comfortable. Anytime we called for extra towels, cups or whatever, the staff obliged us within just a few minutes. We would stay here again!
