"Everything was perfect!!! The things that need to be updated are updated, and the things that don't, aren't! It was a lovely, historic place to stay. In our opinion, way better than a hotel. It was a chilly weekend and we were perfectly warm, check in was easy, and check out was even easier. Great location to everything in town. "While this is an older property, the room was clean and showed signs of recent renovations. Walls appeared to be freshly painted and the bed was new. The manager was very friendly and provided her personal cell phone number in case anything needed attention overnight. In my opinion, this was an exceptional value for the money. Its location close to historic Saint Genevieve makes it an ideal chose for visitors on a budget. I would recommend to anyone."

"The property had everything we needed and was very cute, cozy and modern. Very walkable to downtown Ste. Genevieve. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with wifi and resolved it immediately. I would not plan 2 adults to sleep on the foldout couch, but 1 adult or 2 kids would be OK."
