"Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful building and lobby with great Art Deco details. Our King suite was large, well decorated, and spotless. Frette linens and robes helped make this a sort of luxurious escape. Great location for theater visits. Good free wifi. No in-room coffee maker, but a coffee shop just outside the hotel's front door. The tub/shower is a bit cramped and awkward."
"The staff was hands down the best I ever dealt with in any hotel I have stayed at. The girls in housekeeping were very very nice. The property overall is a little dated but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will consider it for future visits. We were 20 min from boats 20-25 min to soldier field it's a great location if you want to go to the festivals or a concert nearby!"
