"My sister and I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. She was part of the Mercedes-Benz group reservation, and I extended our stay with a separate booking.
From check-in, the service was poor. Despite two guests checking in together, the receptionist provided only one key and completely ignored me until I requested my own. Later, an Uber Eats order delivered to reception was never reported to me. When I called, the receptionist (Sara) initially denied it had arrived. After I referenced the delivery photo, it was suddenly found. She then refused to assist and hung up on me—twice.
When I went downstairs, several staff members dismissed my concerns. One even stated that notifying guests of deliveries was “not their responsibility.” No apology, no solution, and no accountability. The entire interaction reflected a serious lack of training, professionalism, and management oversight.
What made matters worse was the misleading online listing. The Expedia/Hotels.com page prominently displays a pool as the first image, yet there is no pool. We were also told that access to the sauna and jacuzzi requires an additional €30 fee, which was not clearly disclosed.
Housekeeping also repeatedly failed to replenish basic items such as water and coffee.
Overall, this property fell far below the standards expected of a hotel serving corporate groups. Between the misleading advertising, unprofessional staff, and poor guest service, I cannot recommend it."
