"El desayuno no cambia aburre comer lo mismo los jugos son de pura azúcar pésimo, staff nada atento, el aire acondicionado ya son viejos no se siente cuando hace calor , las camas parecen del año 1995 viejisimas , no volvería a este lugar"

"Excellent and extremely helpful staff ! The hotel could use some upkeep .. First room they put me in had some problems - They offered to move me immediately and were caring to ensure I was comfortable . Simply they need to communicate clearer amongst eachother and make sure their hotel is up to par for guests … Yes … I would Return …. And wonderful Breakfast !!"

"Una puerta estaba dañada, mi esposa termino cortándose porque la puerta de vidrio temprano se explotó y terminaron culpandonos y cobrandonos la puerta!! Me parece muy mal hecho de parte de la gerencia del hotel, creo que en otro viaje probaré nuevas opciones!!"

" It has an unbelievable view it was amazing to look at the Pao de Azúcar mountain morning evening and night. This was definitely the best thing in this hotel. Unfortunately our Ac wasn't working I had to wait until 2 rooms later at 11pm and it was just too much for me. Manager thought we could not understand Brazilian Portuguese, and scolded staff for changing our room with out her knowledge. No wonder it takes so long to help the client. Basically I paid a full day in a room with out being in it. Staff was attentive and they tried to help. Hope they can make the adjustments to management, it's unnecessary for someone to travel so far and not be able to rest in a paid room and not even be compensated. Breakfast was superb. Best coffee I had all week. Waiters and food at restaurant were excellent also. Pool could be better maintained the glass of the rooftop is stained witch can spoil the view. That area also is a bit small for me. "

"There was a super king size bed in the room which took up most of the room and made placing luggage and moving about difficult, a double bed would have been plenty and then there would have been room to move. The staff were very friendly and helpful, air conditioning was good and the location of the Hotel was excellent being close to parks, municipal theatre etc. Will stay again but we will make sure we get a room with more space. Breakfast was the usual Brazilian hotel breakfast and was fine."

"We are very disappointed that we had a extremely bad stay in this hotel as the air conditioning didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work, the worst part is the room is extremely stinky, it’s so bad my friend even had an asthma attack. When they moved us to a different room the next day, the toilet didn’t work. The hotel is not the condition as it is advertised at all! "
