"We stayed at this resort last year and booked through Expedia and loved it but this year unfortunately didn’t have the same experience. Previously we checked in at the Expedia exclusive check in and were told we get a free upgrade. We booked with another couple this time (for our anniversary) they were told they got an upgrade and we didn’t. Our room was old had no wifi and the toilet didn’t work. Eventually at around 8pm we got into another room that was much better and the also gave us some champagne as an apology which was nice . getting a seat by the pool was impossible everything taken by 6 am!!! It was also super Loud in the rooms from 8:30 am to 1am the music doesn’t stop this wasn’t our experience last time. We were also given 3 free reservations with Expedia last time and that was not allowed this time so we didjt get to eat at any of the restaurants as the only availability they had was 9pm. Over all disappointing but the staff are very friendly and helpful "

"Room was standard. The rest of the resort was beautiful, amazing and fun! So many pools to choose from which made it not so repetitive. The staff were so helpful! I was certainly surprised with how many spoke fluent English, which helped a lot. My daughter enjoyed the kids club as well. I found it helpful to download their app to see where the entertainment was and when, as they jump from place to place. Overall, I was quite happy with our trip and I would go back again. "

"The Grand DeCameron Complex Bucerias was magical. Charmingly authentic beautiful hotel complex. Friendly, gracious lovely staff throughout. Cleanliness is first and foremost. Lovely rooms with great views from every angle with lush tropical garden views or ever changing ocean vistas. The food at the buffet was beyond expectation. Freshly made entrees at every meal with something for everyone's pallet. Beach areas and pool areas are wonderful and family friendly. Bar areas are conveniently located. Not overcrowded or too loud. We are looking forward to returning soon. Muchas gracias por todo!"

"Los Picos Bucerias was awesome. We stayed on the 6th floor hotel room overlooking the ocean and enjoyed the views and amazing sunsets. The restaurant was excellent and the drinks were great by the pool. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is a short walk to Bucerias market and many excellent restaurants with great food choices."

"This place surprised me in a very good way! I read reviews and I was a little hesitant about it. I had a wonderful time at Dreams and Secrets. Service was excellent! Happy staff always w a great attitude! Food was great! All restaurants were delicious. All amenities were great. Staff way friendlier than Secrets Akumal for sure! I highly recommend this hotel. "We were greatly impressed with the friendly service of all the staff at Villa La Estancia. The restaurants had delicious food plated so perfectly along with outstanding servers. I highly recommend the steak tenderloin at La Casona as well as the shrimp enchiladas at El Patron at the sister resort Villa Del Palmar. The pool service was amazing…Jésus and his team were very friendly and quick to make sure our seats had towels and that we had what we wanted whether that be shade or sun, a pool or ocean view. The bartenders at the swim up bar were friendly and willingly accommodated special requests…the food servers work so hard and were always ready to take a drink or food order and to deliver it quickly. Our rooms were always cleaned well and they have such a nice touch by providing a turn down service around five or six o’clock when they also refresh the bathroom with towels. We also really enjoyed the opportunity to play pickleball. We would highly recommend this resort as we feel you get high quality service staying here. We think the price is worth the value of what you experience here. "
