"Consider where your room is located as that makes a difference for noise levels. I was facing the train station, but it was a rackus holiday week end and impossible to sleep through all the ongoing sirens because of international workers day. The hotel itself is an oasis, but the area around it is a bit rough."

"Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!"

However, the sofa bed mattress was a significant issue; it was far too thin and unstable. It dipped severely in the middle, making it impossible for my sister and me to get a good night's rest. With a mattress upgrade, this would be a five-star stay."

"Great location right on the river, superb staff, a self-serve snacks and refreshments area in the foyer, clean and very cool, stylish rooms. There is a lovely outdoor area looking right over the Spree River and the Oberbaum bridge. So many cool bars, restaurants and clubs just a short walk away. We will be back."

"This hotel is clean, comfortable and has excellent public transport links to the rest of Berlin. It is also within easy reach of shops, just a short walk away. The kitchen facilities in the room were very helpful in making our trip more affordable as it meant we could make simple meals at the hotel instead of eating out every day."

"Good stay for 1 night enough, room was clean. Instead of Twin, we got family room, oriented to garden and not street, which was nice and calm. Self check in wasn’t working, machine couldn’t find our booking, but helpful staff assisted with the issue."
