"Jada at the front desk went out of her way to help us. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. One of the elevators was malfunctioning -- a strident ringing all the way up and down -- this lasted for the entire three days we were there. Maybe the Otis guy had been called, but if so, maybe a note taped to the elevator would have been helpful. Truly appreciate that you accommodate dogs. Pancake machine is slow and tempermental. Maybe switch it out for a waffle machine like other hotels have. TV was easy to use. Great shower."

"Everything was great. Except on the 2nd night my tv did not work-there was no signal. I called the front desk, they could not help. So I had to pack up everything take all my stuff,take it to the front desk-exchange key and I moved 2 doors down. A very big inconvenience"

"Our handicap room was taken. We were offered another room that had a walk-in shower. However, the seat was 6 feet away from the showerhead. There was no handheld shower. There was no coffee pot in the room. The staff and the manager were very professional and kind. We did not make a complaint. The breakfast was very good. Overall, it was pleasant."

"Clean room, lovely breakfast, staff was so friendly. I misunderstood how to control the room temp-desk person could have been a bit more clear in her instructions for a tech challenged person like me! Loved the big room and comfy bed. Only complaint is the low child-size toilet in the bath. Difficult for older guests. All in all, we love this hotel and will definitely come back."
