"They would have gotten a 5-star for all but they are remodeling and when we arrived there was no one at the office to check the guys in. We had to stay at another hotel but they were more than helpful in giving us a full refund and easy to work with. I am sorry the guys couldn't stay here while they were out of town working on a cell tower site. Hopefully will get another chance to visit this place."

Lakefront Retreat At Randolphs Landing

"We were not given check in instructions before we got to the site. It ended up being fine, the shop at the end of the drive has the owners of the house and they will help you with the check in. When you enter the camping area it has signs saying that you cannot bring a boat into the camping area but where the house is you have to go into the camping area. It kind of throws you off but you are fine to bring the boat and park it at the house. It has a large driveway. You are right next to the boat launch and the bait shop. The private boat slip isn’t really true. There is only one spot to pull your boat up to the dock and you cannot tie off there overnight. The kitchen has plenty of mixing bowls, pots, pans, and dining ware. They do not keep a stock of toilet paper, sponges, paper towels, extra towels, or extra bedding. Any time we ran out of trash bags or TP we just went to the bait shop and they were more than happy to give us what we needed. I am sure it would be the same with blankets and towels. There isn’t really much of a beach for swimming in front of the house but if you walk less than 100 feet from the house to the dock area there is a little beach with some chairs. If you have more than 2 people where you want to sit on the porch together you will want to bring your own chairs. Overall it was a nice house and easily fit 6 adults and 1 kid. I wouldn’t mind staying here again, I would just have liked a little more info beforehand."
