It was really hot in London and the aircon in the room didn’t have a great output so was too hot to sleep even though we were in the basement. I would recommend providing it’s not too hot outside!"

"When we arrived for 3 day stay was put into a room 2 block away from main building, had to take lift to basement, room was right next to lift, very tiny No window, door to very small courtyard with sewage pipes, after complaining we were moved to floor 2 in main building, nice room & bathroom but very small, no chair or table/desk to sit at, Did not book Breakfast but was never asked if we would like it. Room very clean & tidy but very small."

We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. "Extremely disappointed with this place, pictures of the room don’t really reflect how it actually is. Advertised as having air conditioning in the room and there was none, only 6/8 rooms have them. The main bedroom was nice and the bed was comfy, no mirror.
