"Clean room, nice room, staff accommodating. Very disappointed in the breakfast. We went out to get a decent danish and coffee. Cold cereal didn’t do it for us."
"Our stay at the Landmark Inn was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! We were in Cooperstown celebrating my husband's 65th birthday, and we truly couldn't have chosen a better place to stay.
The inn is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and full of charm. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed to relax after spending the day exploring the area.
The breakfasts each morning were incredible—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The highlight of our stay was on my husband's birthday when they surprised him by bringing out his French toast with a lit birthday candle. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made his day even more special. It's those little personal touches that make the Landmark Inn stand out.
The staff was exceptional—warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made us feel like guests in their home rather than visitors at a hotel. Every interaction was met with a smile, and it was obvious they truly care about making each guest's experience memorable.
We loved everything about our stay and can't recommend the Landmark Inn highly enough. If you're visiting Cooperstown and looking for a charming bed and breakfast with outstanding hospitality, delicious breakfasts, and a staff that goes above and beyond, this is the place to stay. We can't wait to come back!"
76 Baseball Apartment - Cozy Apartment in Village of Cooperstown
10/10 Excellent
"Location, location, location!
My daughter and I stayed at this rental while my husband and son stayed at Dreams Park for the week. I loved the location of this rental to the downtown area -- it was so nice to shop and grab food downtown at all the adorable shops and restaurants. Also walking distance to Hall of Fame! The space inside was perfect for the 2 of us and we were still fine when the boys joined us for the final 2 nights. The home has both a pull out bed and a twin bed so it did the trick when the boys checked out of the barracks!
It's definitely an older home, so if you're looking for the latest and greatest luxe accommodations, this might not be quite the right spot, but for the space, location, and price, it was a win-win for our week in Cooperstown. I also want to add that if you're coming for Dreams Park, the weather can change quickly. Being only 10 minutes from the park was so nice so we could come back here and get back to the park without any issue. That was such a nice perk!"
"Location is amazing, the owners pay attention to every small detail (extra kcups, plenty of linens, baseball themed everything), and the fact that your “parking pass” is a random baseball card that they leave in your room to put on your dashboard was just flat out fun. Super clean and very comfortable, this was the perfect place for my kids and I to spend a few days in beautiful and scenic Cooperstown. So much fun!"
Nelson Pines The Suite - 1 of 3 private rooms in Victorian Home in Cooperstown
10/10 Excellent
"Nelson Pines is a great experience with a wonderful family. I never saw the part with the Bed AND Breakfast, but the latter became very familiar in the last 4 days of my stay! They advertise Cooperstown primarily about the Baseball Hall of Fame or the Little League (12 YO) baseball experience, but it is so much more than "as advertised." The beautiful rolling surrounding farmland is so worth getting lost in to see wonderful old homes, which must have hundreds of stories to tell. The older, well kept homes are a pleasure to stay in and it's like going back to another time when there was more time.
Mels at 22 and the Blue Mingo Grill are outstanding places to eat. Also the Maskot's Pizza and Grill, across from Cooperstown Dream Park is open until 12 and if you get lucky, all of the umpires are over there sharing time together after the games.
The Dream Park Cooperstown is very well run and part of your great experience. They are very proud of their work and you will see why when you get there.
I am going to the Farmer's Museum tomorrow to complete my stay before driving back to Syracuse. I will miss it."
"A lovely home.

Breakfast was delicious the staff were friendly and helpful
The other guests were great to talk too and share info with
