"Great location and nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff."

"Elevator stops every single floor."

"Good location"

"Amazing"

"Hotel was below my expectations and I will never stay at a Freehand again. The staff was amazing and so sweet but the room was sub par. Too many issues to list but I will say that while the shower was re-done, the drain was right below your feet and it felt like my feet were being cut in the shower. My hotel window was cracked and the room was not very clean. Felt like a motel."

"Very clean, valet parking, very helpful staff, and uber's and taxis avaliable in front of the hotel. Very close to everything downtown."

"The rooms are clean the staff is very helpful. My only gripe is the bathroom set up is interesting and small. The location is central to the loop, and the overall venue is pretty nice. The bartenders are very nice, if you're looking for that and food options are near by. They have a $10 credit they give you each day of your stay you can use at the bar, if that's your thing."

"This is a great location, close to so much. The rooms and beds are comfy. I only have one small complaint, their elevator is sooo slow. Getting out took longer waiting for elevator than getting dressed. It was not uncommon to wait 5-10 mins for an elevator. But everything else was super fun and easy. Just across from a Harry Potter store, Starbucks reserve, and a quick walk to the Riverwalk. Great overall experience."

"The room was super small. Definitely do not fit 4 people. More like a couples room."

"Clean and quite."
