"Great value, but the hotel was a bit tired. Room was very basic and we asked to be moved to the front of the hotel to a room with a balcony and they kindly obliged. The second room was much nicer overall. Breakfast was simple, with a small buffet and eggs cooked to order. Location was excellent close to the lake and some good restaurants. Walking distance to the Victoria Mall and public transport. Complimentary airport shuttle is included, just don't forget to request it in advance. "

There were also many lake flies during our stay, which made the experience less comfortable. We requested a late checkout and, although the manager offered a reduced rate, we still had to pay $50 for a 3:00 pm departure.
