The staff was helpful and friendly. They were very personal and nice. The hotel was very clean and well kept. I liked how everything was within walking distance. There was a market right across the street. Walter the bell guy went above and beyond his duties.

The customer service was really nice except there’s always that one employee who thinks they have made it, firstly when I arrived at the hotel on a safe BODA, he came near me, I tried to great him, but he ignored me. Instead he took my suitcase without saying a word, with the money this hotel ask per night they need to fix their employees behaviours. The next morning, I saw him and I tried to ask him about something, i said hello like 4x to get his attention, he looked at me and kept on walking. I immediately went I told the 2 receptionists. Overall, the experience was great with other employees, the breakfast was 100/100, the rooms are clean and comfortable bed.

The roof has a water filltration system on it.It is full of a deadly bacteria that is legionella disease.When not cleaned properly in exsplode send bacteria particles in water micro droplets into the air.I have just spent 10 days suffering this pnemonia and sepsis my temp at arrival 40.7 c.It tried to kill me,21 more day without treatment I would be dead.This is madness,who is guarding our safty at these hotels?.Ian
