"Stayed two nights june 24-26, we enjoyed this place and would stay again. Its a bit out of the way and a car is required although there are regular bus stops at the front gate. Had a well manicured garden and nice pool. A rocky beach is about a 3 minute walk. The room was clean, had all the amenities we expected and the bed was comfortable. They have two breakfasts, a light continental and a buffet. The continental was enough for us."

"We had a really wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel at the end of June. Couldn’t ask for more and the staff were exceptional throughout. Excellent location, lovely room, great breakfast & everywhere was spotless. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening, which is not to be missed. Special thanks to Nico at the bar for looking after us so well. We can’t wait to go back."

"Decent hotel but the location on a very busy road wasn’t ideal. Constant noise from quad bikes and motorbikes late into the night made it impossible to enjoy the pool during the day and kept us awake at night. A steep 10 minute walk up from the port and very handy for bars and restaurants in the Old Town. The advertised poolside bar didn’t seem to be staffed although we were told that we could order drinks from the bar inside. The pool itself is nice but there’s no atmosphere as very few...

"Lovely hotel - looks like it has been recently been renovated. Rooms were spacious and modern but with a Greek feel! We enjoyed an afternoon by the pool and only a short walk to the bus terminal and port plus restaurants and shops. our balcony had a great view of Skopelos town as well. We will definitely be back!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel! We traveled with our 2 teenage daughters and had a 2-bedroom suite, which gave us plenty of space. The room was incredibly clean and very well decorated. It was located just steps outside of the town, making it easy to walk everywhere. There is also a market directly across the street, which was great to be able to buy bottles of water and snacks. "The apartment was kept spotlessly clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful There was adequate Aircon across the whole of the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location in a quiet area but on the edge of where the action is. It is easy to get to and from the apartment without any step climbs."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Rene. We arrived much later than planned but were welcomed so graciously and even made some food. The rooms, with fantastic air conditioning, and grounds were spotless because they were cleaned every day. ALL staff were friendly and approachable. Sunbeds, swimming and restaurant area were all well maintained. Beach and town centre all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was very friendly and view from our small but clean, comfortable room was amazing! The downside is that you have to haul your luggage up an old stone walkway and staircase to check in at The Water hotel. Unfortunately, our bags were 50 lbs (23kg) each. Luckily, a staffer offered to take them the rest of the way to our room at The Rock, which is more old stone stairs up to an old stone walkway away. There are no elevators. Thank goodness for Alberto!"
