"The staff was wonderful there can’t say enough about them! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was your typical free breakfast fruit eggs, pancakes, cereal, etc. Carpet and flooring could use a little update and area has a homeless shelter a block or two away but no one bothered us for anything. Would stay again!"

"Beautifully designed condo hotel that was recently built and still getting their footing. The thing that must change is providing guidance for arrival and check in and they DEFINITELY need more signage. This would have avoided me getting dropped off by an Uber in the middle of the street clueless as to where I'm supposed to go. The Uber driver was uncertain if he could enter the gate because the lights started flashing and it's just a strange set up in the garage. I received all of the welcome info after I was already checked in the room that advised what I was supposed to do upon arrival. Room was clean for the most part, but supplies were minimal, no laundry detergent not even a full roll of paper towels. From the information, I thought I would need to purchase my own paper towels but the front desk had some sent up, they were very helpful. I purchased the 2 King Suites. Bedroom on one side was set up as an ensuite with a walk in shower & closet inside but the other was separate. The a/c went out in our unit and we were told we just have to wait until morning when the engineers were there. Ceiling fans kept us sane. Mgmt lied about compensating us. The "bar" is attended by front desk and provided free drinks in the refrigerated cooler every evening but this wasn't made clear before hand so when we tried to purchase something we were told we could not because it was a few minutes after they closed (I think around 8pm). Overall it was a nice property with great potential"

Omni Austin Hotel

"I hadn’t stayed at an Omni in years. This property was an extremely pleasant surprise. The room was beautiful and the bed extremely comfortable. I loved the decor and the amenities at this property. The only drawback was the high price for parking, but it seemed comparable to other nearby lots, so that must just be parking in this part of Austin. I’d gladly stay here again."

The LINE Austin

"Great view on the Lake View rooms. The rooms looked sparse and it looked like the main bedroom just had a paint refresh. The bathroom looked like it was new but it didn’t have a bathroom fan for privacy and freshness. The LINE is the old Radisson with a refresh and you can tell that a lot of the refresh is the main lobby and the bathrooms inside the hotel rooms. The beds are also low profile in case that matters to anyone. Regarding parking, you have to pay based on their hourly valet rates or else find free parking somewhere else which isn’t feasible. I chose to pay the $56 overnight valet rate. Last but not least, the food at the Veracruz restaurant attached to it as well as the cocktails and fresh fruit juices were delicious."

"Everything was amazing about this hotel. The only thing is the pool is small, which is totally fine, but was a little murky even early in the afternoon. I just think it should be cleaned a little more often with the amount of traffic in and out for what we pay to stay at this wonderful hotel."
