"I was hoping for a relaxing stay during my busy trip, but the staff seemed disinterested and were short and snippy, the elevator was broken for the entire stay, the coffee machine was broken, parking had to be paid to a third party, there was no ice on our floor. Luckily we're places nearby that helped overcome the shortcomings. The only good part was the location. Don't bother... "
