"Rooms were clean with friendly staff, was easy to find great food around within walking distance and lots to do. Beautiful surroundings within walking distance and we were right by the bus and train stations."

"I wanted cool air. It stayed hot throughout the night. If I open a window, it becomes cold. So, I spent an uncomfortable night. There was only set of Pillows and Comforter. Not sufficient. Did not want to ask reception for extra - should have been provided automatically considering the cost that was charged. Towels were small size (70*130). Just one bath towel, one hand towel. No coffee maker in the room. Coffee was available in the common area. Glass bath. Lucky that I stayed alone. Not for family or friends unless you want some exposure. Not worth the money."

"Shower without door, every time took a shower water ran all over the bathroom floor and made it very slippery."

"Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city."

"Tv didn’t work, air conditioner didn’t work (they told me to open the window if I was hot!) Not the standard you expect at this price."
