"I was quite disappointed. There were many large cobwebs in the room, lots of dust on the dresser, and the drain for the shower was clogged. It was gross to have wading water around my ankles. It was disappointing that there’s a full area where breakfast is sold but unavailable to use otherwise. On a positive note, the breakfast was fabulous and most of the staff were nice."

"Yes, the facade is nice (art nouveau building), yes, the room is cute, but the service inexistent (we had to ask for toilet paper) and the breakfast buffet not even closed to a 4 stars standard hotel (we bought breakfast somewhere else even though we had payed for it)."

"Das Personal war höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ein volles gut, das Obstangebot hätte umfangreicher sein können. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, Nachbesserungen wären wünschenswert bezügl. Fleck auf dem Teppichboden (prof. Reinigung). Der Aufenthalt war angenehm."
