Overbooket - og lite serviceminded

Til tross for at vi hadde betalt på forhånd var hotellet overbooket da vi kom. Den lite hyggelige mannen i resepsjonen skaffet et annet hotell. Vi måtte "true" han til å kjøre oss dit. Rommet vi fikk var alt for lite for tre. (Vi hadde bestilt leilighet med to soverom). Etter telefonsamtaler med hygglige folk på hotels.com fikk vi etter hvert heldigvis et nytt rom på et flott hotell. Ferien ble derfor vellykket.

Hôtel à éviter

Ne réservez jamais cet hôtel. Nous avons réservé et payé une chambre style Appartement 2 pièces avec une cuisine . En arrivant on découvre que notre chambre est déjà occupée par quelqu'un d'autre et on nous donne une petite chambre sans cuisine avec un lit pliant rajouté pour le même prix. Le hôte a refusé de nous rembourser la différence et de trouver une solution. Hôtel à éviter !!! Ни при каких условиях не бронируйте этот отель ! Мы бронировали и оплатили номер типа апартаменты с кухней и 1 спальней. Конда мы приехали, мы обнаружили, что наши апартаменты уже заняты кем то другим, и нам дали маленький номер, без кухни, с раскладушкой для ребенка. Да и к тому же номер в стиле советского союза, всё старое, места вообще нет. За такую ио стоимость!!! Хозяин отсутствовал, персонал не в кусре. После долгого ожидания, приезжаеи хозяин и отказывается решать этот вопрос и не понимает, в чем проблема. На предложение вернуть часть стоимость, поскольку предложенный нам номер во много дешевле того, что мы бронировали, хозяин отказался. Типа ищите другой отель !!!! В Юрмале найти отель в день приезда. День был конкретно испорчен. Избегайте этого отеля, хоязин плевать хотел на своих постояльцев.

予約をしたにも関わらず部屋がないと言われてしまい、メッセージで他のホテルを予約することに同意したにも関わらず返信がなかった。 現地の知り合いから度々連絡してもらい、結果としては他のホテルに予約を取ってもらうことはできたものの、より安いホテルだったと思われる。

Trevligt pensionat i Jurmala

Trevligt pensionat i Jurmala. 7 min promenad från stationen Dzintari. 5 min till huvudgatan Jorma iela och 10 min till den fantastiska stranden. Huset är från 1907, men helt renoverat o modernt. Fin trädgård. Frukost går att beställa till. Personalen kan dålig engelska, men det fungerar. Kan bli störd av bil- el tågtrafiken om man är känslig för ljud. Stora rum med kylskåp, vattenkokare o strykbräda, Gratis Wifi. Bilparkering finns.
