"Lobby was noticeable, got greeted, gave us our card, very nice gentleman. Showed us where breakfast was, our room, schedules. Room was beautiful 😍 clean, bathroom was clean, the shower water slowly gets hot but can't make it cold but its okay i dont mind a hot shower. So convenient being beach front, walked all over newport was nice to get back to our room and rest. Morning breakfast was small but i liked their coffee, muffins and orange juice 😋 will definitely stay again and recommend."

"Beautiful Balboa beach location! The three bedrooms were spacious and great for our family of six. Restaurants and the pier were only 2 minutes’ walk away. The ferry to Balboa Island was right across the street. The only drawback was the small garage (difficult to park our large SUV). We would definitely stay here again."

"We loved our stay here! We walked to get coffee every morning. Loved how close we were to the beach! The host had everything we needed. The home was so cozy, the extra blankets made us feel right at home. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. The host had everything extremely clean and fresh smelling. "

"What a fabulous house for our adult family! Plenty of space for cooking, playing games and relaxing in individual spaces.The beach is a wonderful plus. Walking to coffee in the morning and taking a stroll for lunch was perfect. Thank you for sharing this GEM of a house our family! We appreciated every family memory we made."
