"Host was answering ok. Check-in was not smooth, it was very cold outside and my kids had to wait to get in. I waited to 4pm and the code was not sent to me by via VRBO or email as claimed. I had to call to get the code, and then it was not working. Person who answered said code was sent to email but I checked and nothing. Finally David gave me another code via VRBO that worked. Also, bedsheet on sofa bed was dirty, found food crumbs on it when I opened it as well as stains. One cooking pan, there was still some tomatoes sauce on and I had to rewash it."
