"This is a lovely little hotel with a very welcoming feel and great staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the food (breakfast and dinner) in the cosy restaurant was excellent. The decor is designed to celebrate the cultural heritage of Ecuador and the whole layout is very attractive. The availability of complimentary fresh fruit in the sitting room area was a nice touch. "The hotel was excellent. The lobby was very nice with a large fountain and an antique car. The room was very large and nicely furnished. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was huge and not the same each day. The spa on the room was fabulous. You must use or buy a swimming cap $5. but the equipment, hotub, and pool (small) were great."

"The property feels safer than any I’ve been it. The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three."
