"No hot water apparently a long standing issue with this place. The rooms in the pool area have chronic claustrophobia. The house staff know of the hot water problem. Two turtles are brutally in carcerated in the office area;for satisfying Feng shui go elsewhere. My wife contained me from complaining about the situation Surely other guys were encouraged to explode,,,"

"My only problem was with the door to our room. There was a significant gap between the door and top half of the doorframe that allowed the bright light from the hallway into our room. Maintenance was sent but there really wasn’t much that could be done. I was given extra towels to cover the gap the best I could. They couldn’t move us to another room due to being booked full."

"The facility was fine. The room was terrible. The noise from the interstate was the loudest of any hotel I've ever stayed in. I had earplugs in and was still woken up multiple times by trucks going by. The pillows were useless. Bed was decent."

"We booked the room several months prior to our trip and have always had a great experience here in the past 5 trips we have had. We checked in and it took some time before they found us a room on the 3rd floor. Our room seemed ok we booked in around 6 pm and had to leave to see family immediately. Got back to the room around 8pm unpacked and began to notice how dirty the room was. The toilet at the back of the seat filthy the shower shelves had soap from previous occupants. Just dingy overall...

"Did not have handicapped access to building. Elevators were broken. Very limited menu options. Bathroom light was so dim it was hard to shave by. No soap in shower."

"Cozy country inn! The owners are kind and very responsive. The rooms are cute and cozy….and the beds are comfortable! We had a quick, but lovely stay."

"Waited 25 mins to checkin. There was a safety concern when a first floor room burned a pan of food, filling 1st floor wing with smoke, but the fire alarms did not activate in the room, the hotel halls nor was the fire department activated through a system alarm. People on the 2nd floor would not have been notified to evacuate in case if fire. Luckily, it was burned food in a pan cooked in a hotel room that created the smoke and did not lead to a room fire. The buffet breakfast needs updated...

"The location to downtown is fantastic. Easy access to restaurants and shops and the capital. Very friendly and attentive staff. Easy parking."

"Great breakfast and location."

"Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved having a separate sitting area with comfortable seating"

"Location"

"Breakfast was exceptional. Lori keeps everything clean and organized. We have never been to a hotel breakfast that comes close."

"Under the sofa there was food, wasn’t enough towels for two people and the shampoo was completely out- we were only there for one night. Having the heat off it kept temp up to 75 for some reason, stuffy and a little bummed"

"If you are looking for a quiet stay in the middle of the NH Lake Sunapee region, this is your place. From the moment we stepped into the Inn to the time we left, it was a great experience. The game closet was full with fun games and the other guests we met were great to hang out with. No TV made everyone actually talk to each other and learn about each other. The chairs by the lake are great for that afternoon nap or just watch nature and read a book. The room was comfortable and the bed was...
