"This is a standard travel hotel, convenient to the Manchester airport with a free hotel shuttle. It is about 10 minutes from the airport and located near some fast food restaurants and a small strip mall with a few shops. The hotel is a bit run down and smells of old cigarette smoke. Our bed sheets had quite a lot of someone else's hair on them which made me wonder if the bed had been changed or just remade. The pool was not open and we left too early in the morning to get breakfast. The front desk staff were respectful and helpful."

"I really love their staff and appreciate they are helping us. My room was super clean and tons of space. I do wish there was a way to keep air conditioners off instead of turn it on their own. My internet connection is strong and great. The restaurant is great and has a wonderful breakfast food. The bed is comfortable but pillow is pitiful."

"I have stayed here many times but now there seems to be no staff on site ever. This is disconcerting for a woman traveling alone. I get thet not all small hotels have staff 24/7 but I am not sure what anyone would even do if they had an issue getting into their room or some sort of emergency."
