"Yes the bar was open and well staffed , very cool vibes The lobby decor was awesome We parked in the parking garage next door and the staff personnel gave me a note to hang in the car so I can leave it overnight but only when I asked The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable, the noise from the surrounding rooms were very loud and unpleasant especially the room upstairs we could hear the steps well into the night … the pool was very small( we didn’t have a spot to sit )maybe 10 loungers available and they were all taken and in an awkward spot the restaurants around it see you swimming while they’re eating … not the best considering how nice the rest of the hotel is "

"My experience at this hotel was average. In terms of cleanliness, the room was reasonably clean, and housekeeping made the bed daily. However, I found hair that did not belong to me on both the towels and in the shower, which is something that should definitely be improved. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. However, I believe some team members could benefit from additional training to provide a more consistent guest experience. Breakfast was one of the biggest disappointments. Although guests are given a menu with five options, those options must be paid for separately. Guests whose stay includes breakfast are only offered one breakfast option, which is basically eggs and nothing but eggs. There are no alternatives such as fruit, waffles, bread, cereal, or yogurt, which are commonly available at most hotels. On a positive note, I would like to recognize the excellent service provided by the bartender. The young man who attended us while we watched the basketball game was very attentive and friendly. We had to watch the game in the bar because the channel was blocked in our room. My main concern was with the billing process. I made my reservation through Expedia, but the hotel charged me again upon arrival. I am currently waiting for a refund and sincerely hope it is processed. Otherwise, I would have ended up paying approximately $530 for a room that originally cost around $260. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, particularly the friendli"
