The only complaints were that the room keys didn't work very well and we had to have them replaced twice, even though we kept the card away from our phones as instructed at check-in and the thermostat was a little tricky. However, opening the window cooled the room effectively. Concierge, housekeeping, buffet,and front desk staff were great. The lobby was very welcoming and relaxing."
