"Not enough parking, my room didn’t have fresh clean sheets smelled of body order. Even when bring it to attention of the staff they still just made the bed and only changed pillow cases. There are water marks on ceiling of bathroom and the rugs need a clean. I e machine out of order. And ice in from of lobby not shoveled. Staff although friendly should be dressed neatly . "

"Lots of space to park. Room and hotel was clean. Recommend the French Vanilla coffee at the restaurant! We even got 2 to go when we were leaving. "

"Hotel was very clean and staff was very efficient. Rooms were comfortable. The water slide was closed and the breakfast area was always so packed with people and uncomfortably hot"

"Booked through Expedia. Booking was confirmed through Expedia with a confirmation number. Drove 4 hours to the city where we believed our room was confirmed. At 7 pm I recieved an email asking “how our check in was”. This was odd considering we weren’t at the hotel yet. At 8 pm we arrived at the hotel to check in. According to the desk agent, no reservation existed. The property offered no apology, help or alternative. 5 other people tried to check in with the same issues while we were in the lobby trying to find an alternative hotel. All other equal hotels in the city were booked. The help from Expedia was simply “we can get you this other room” in a substantially lesser hotel with a notorious reputation for bed bugs and resident drug use. With Expedia giving us one option, we sourced our own room in a property 45 minutes out of the city. The next morning I contacted Expedia for an apology/compensation for the debacle. They offered $25 and no apology. I gave Expedia 48 hours to apologize prior to reviewing. With the deadline elapsed, I am posting this review. Had I known that there was the possibility that no room existed, we would have travelled to a different city, or not left our home. I can’t trust Expedia anymore and won’t be using their third party booking service. "

"Booked a room with a sofa bed. At check in we were told that the hotel would not be able to provide a blanket for the person sleeping on the sofa bed, only an extra sheet. I asked if there would be pillows and was told our queen bed had 3 pillows. The pillows were small and not stuffed sufficiently. One of us ending up using a stuffed animal as a pillow in the end. Sofa bed mattress also had no mattress protector which was sort of strange to see. Went down stairs to get a glass of water after a late check in and found the full container of lemon water had been removed and was not replaced at all by the time we checked out at 11. Hotel itself was okay, clean enough. Never bothered with breakfast so can’t say anything about it either way. "

"The breakfast was amazing, lots of selection everything was fresh. Rooms were super clean, staff was extremely friendly and the hot tub was perfect. "
