"The Eagle Crest staff was amazing. However, upon arrival the room had a very poor smell that we couldn’t seem to get rid of. The washing machine and the dishwasher were absolutely filthy. There was leftover detergent all over in the washing machine along with dirty towels. The kitchen cabinets we’re very sticky. The fireplace did not seem to work and we had to have a tech come out twice. We were pretty displeased with both the hot tubs as they were lukewarm. Just glad that when dealing with the staff they were pleasant."

"This is our second time staying at this condo, and we really enjoy our time there. It is in an excelent location within Eage Crest. Has a nice hot tub, off a nice deck. Some furniture has been updated since our last visit. Nice layout and space in the condo for our family of 4 plus a dog. Areas of improvment, twin beds in bedroom are quite noisy when you move around in them. We stuffed some shirts behind headboard to cut down on noise. The lighbulb in the microwave nighlight function needs to be replaced. The fan in the upstairs bathroom does not work. We had bit of an issue with the Pool/rec center passes not being available, but it does seem like they are trying to fix the issue. Overall a great condo, and we would likely stay there again. "

"Great location! Host communication was great!Check in was easy.Tv in upstairs master did not work. Fake eye lashes were left on a night stand in one of bedrooms from previous guests.Other than that, great place!"

"Our room was perfect for the two of us - I love having a separate bedroom, the kitchen had everything we needed and the balcony was a nice size. Overall, it was a cute, comfortable room. The staff was very pleasant, too!"

"This is the perfect little spot in the heart of Eagle Crest. It had everything we needed, it was in a great location and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. The owners were very communicative throughout the process and it made our stay so easy from checking in to checking out and everything in between. I hope to return!"

"Comfy beds, good location, nice having a washer and dryer. Well stocked with essentials, but could use a baking sheet. Updated? Not at all. Kitchen and appliances and bathrooms are very dated, carpet is old and stained, deck furniture old, torn (one chair broken) and dirty. A few of the upright 2x2” deck railing pieces are loose at the bottom, which I found out when I swept. Not great for kids… The door to the deck closes with great difficulty, needs to be adjusted. Relatively clean except for picture windows out to the deck, which were filthy. Very easy access so I’m not sure why. Quick response via text when the electronic lock acted up, but I couldn’t contact anyone via their phone messaging system. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one is tired and worn out. Would not recommend or return. "
