"Love this hotel, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful interior design, bed so comfortable with beautiful linens, extra thoughtful touches. Excellent cleanliness and quality. Restaurant is a lovely space, nice breakfast but evening menu not to my taste, my meal was quite bland "

"Bar and Dining Room attractive, food good, staff (mostly) helpful. Room, in adjacent development, awful: accessed only via steep, external flight of open stairs. No offer to assist elderly customers, ( Blue Badge holder), with luggage in poor weather. Small and cramped accommodation. Velux-style skylight in sloping roof with no other windows or view out."

"A lovely little holiday cottage. Perfectly set up.We had stayed here before, a few years ago and it has had some updating.We had a cosy long weekend stay during Storm Bert. It was lovely to cosy up in front of the log burner.The only down side was the double bed was uncomfortable. It was very soft (which might suit some people) but also dipped in the middle. It gave me terrible back ache but once back in my own bed this has resolved itself.Apart from that 10/10."

"Great holiday home, pretty much everything we needed. Beds really comfortable & lovely garden areas to relax with a drink & soak up the sun. Had our granddaughter with us so the garden playhouse was a big hit!Really perfectly located for visiting all along the coast, had at least 5 beaches to choose from all within a 20 minute drive.Hope to stay again soon."

"4 generations and the family dogs enjoyed a lovely week in this cottage. The location is great handy for village and local pub. Close to the coast , hard to decide which of the many beaches to go to Dunwich was closest and very nice with Grey friars priory to have a pleasant walk around and Walberswick was a hit for the crabbers and swimmers. Southwold also lovely.Dogs allowed on most beaches but some restrictions on where they can go main season on some beaches. The house was very comfortable with nearly all the equipment you could have needed although maybe some more cleaning cloths and some surface sprays would have been handy. Internet was good. Garden a great size , quiet and backed onto a field as did the surrounding neighbours, secure for dogs. Good driveway for 2 cars. Lots of choice of takeaways to order from if that's what you like and we had our shopping delivered no problem. Weather was great too."
