"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."

"Dusty, smelly, and dirty. Only Asmae is willing to help yet her hands are tied. Very limited for what she can do for guests. Both indoor and outdoor construction created this unlivable dusty environment, which caused my asthma to kick in. My “senior suite” was with strong gasoline odor when I tried to go to sleep.
