3 doors off of Main Street, downtown Royal Oak, walking distance to everything Royal Oak has to offer. This 1924 home offers a cozy studio apartment with private entrance at the back of house. The Alfresco dining porch, perfect for enjoying the huge backyard. The fire pit is ideal for taking the chill off in this quiet, peaceful setting. In the morning, walk to BREAD by Crispellis for the best pastry in the area. Super hi-speed internet, 50" 4K Smart TV. Full suites available in the same home!
The space
Walking distance to the new outdoor ice rink in downtown Royal Oak! The studio is stylish but casual, perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended work stay. See the city from the backyard porch, but you can't hear it. Very private, peaceful location. There is plenty of storage in the dresser for clothes with a shelf for extra pairs of shoes. The large closet has plenty of room for a long-term stay too. An upholstered headboard is perfect for reading or watching TV. Have fun cooking in the "tiny house" style kitchen and choose indoor dining at the table for two or dine out on your own private porch.

Please contact me if you would like to see links to the 2 bedroom suite and/or a 1 bedroom suite in the same home for a total of 8 guests! Both offer FULL kitchens, dining rooms, upstairs has a sunporch, downstairs has two private bedrooms and a huge living room with fireplace.
